Approved by the State Council, the China-Arab States Expo(hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) is an international exposition at the national level co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

    Six sessions of the Expo have been held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Since 2013 with Friendship, Cooperation and Win-Win Development as the purposes. President Xi Jinping sent congratulatory letters to the first five sessions, and noted in a speech at the Arab League headquarters in 2016 that the China-Arab States Expo has become an important platform for China and Arab countries to jointly promote Belt and Road cooperation. The six sessions together have drawn 29 dignitaries, 383 ministerial-level guests, and over 7500 enterprises from 112 countries and territories,with 1616 cooperation projects signed in modern agriculture, high and new technology, energy and chemical industry,biopharmaceutics,equipment manufacturing, infrastructure, Internet plus healthcare, tourism, etc. The Expo has served as a bridge and created favorable conditions to facilitate exchanges and cooperation in trade, economy and investment between China and BRI countries and territories, including Arab countries.

The Seventh China-Arab States Expo will be held from August 28 to 31, 2025 in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China. With Advancing Innovation Towards a Green and Prosperous Future as the theme,this year’s Expo, with trade and investment matchmaking events,exhibitions and displays, will deepen cooperation with Arab countries across traditional sectors including economy and trade,energy, science and technology, and agriculture, and nurture new growth drivers in AI, gaming industries, green and low-carbon development, and smart meteorology.
